Hi all: I was just made aware of a new group having their inaugural
meeting: The Toronto Wikipedia Meetup!

From the blurb on the Wikipedia page:

      An Invitation From Sue Gardner

*Dear Wikimedia Project Contributor,* I am the assistant to *Sue
    <https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/Sue_Gardner>, the
Executive Director of the Wikimedia Foundation
the organization behind Wikipedia. Sue will be in Toronto from
February 6-8 for speaking engagement at the Schulich School of
Sue invites you to meet with her and other local Wikipedia
contributors the evening of Sunday, February 6 from 18:00-20:00. If
you are interested to attend please sign-up on this page or email me
    at jowen at wikimedia.org

        *Date*: Sunday, February 6
        *Time*: 18:00-20:00
        *Location*: Linux Caffe <http://www.linuxcaffe.ca/>
*Address*: 326 Harbord Street, Toronto, ON
        We hope you can attend.

While the 'Meetup' in the name "Toronto Wikipedia Meetup" is used in the
generic sense, there IS a meetup.com page for this event:

Even if you use meetup.com be sure to add your name to the official
attendance list on the Wikipedia page.

The Toronto Technology Knowledge Workers have had Wikipedia related
events before, but I think this may be the start of a dedicated group of
Toronto Wikipedians.
