[kwlug-disc] UBB and grandfathering

Execulink has a notice that some people will be grandfathered w.r.t. UBB.
If you have been with them since before Feb 2007 and your account hasn't 
changed, then you get to keep your unlimited package at the same price.
There are some other rules (from Bell).  They said that they could not 
tell me for sure on the phone but that some reports were being done in 
the next
couple of weeks and we would be emailed.
