There is a format in styles that sets the effect of capitals I think. It 
doesn't actually change the text, just the format. Check under format, font 
or font effects.

In MS Word, you can select the text you want to change the case to "Title
Case" This applies this format to the line you have highlighted: The first
letter of every word is capitalized. ie
"this is a test" becomes "This Is A Test"

How do I achieve the same in Open Office... I am trying to "wean" myself
away from Microsoft Office.
