[kwlug-disc] Rogers Cable internet speed

I can vouch for the fast downloads, but I find my upload somewhat 
lacking (especially through bittorrent, even with tonnes of leeches).

I think the fastest upload I've seen was around that 512 Kbps mark when 
FTP'ing files.
