I looked at TRAC and TRAC's Wiki tools for the blogging project I 
mentioned earlier.
I decided that MySQL, SQLite, PySQLite or other database backend were 
"too heavy" for what I wanted for the blogging project.
I want to avoid a database mechanism and continue to use flat files.
