[kwlug-disc] KWLUG error and security issue

Regarding error visibility to end users, there is a setting here that can be
toggled.

http://kwlug.org/admin/settings/error-reporting

I set it to Log only and the errors do not show on the page to end users.

The table still needs to be repaired.
