Part of the reason I want to discuss this on the list is because there are many people who might send a letter if they had a good set of arguments to make. 

We could try to find another on the 'net, but it would be one of many of the same letters. I'm hoping that we put enough points together that our little corner of the net can put forth at least it's own unique letter.

The last time I did this I didn't cover all the salient points. This way I'm hoping to get a broader view.
