  i simply don't have the time to look at this any further, i have
more pressing commitments i have to be working on right now.  so if
you seriously think you can make something of this, drop me a note and
i'll put you in touch with the appropriate people.  they're willing to
pay for the recovery but they're also pressed for time and would like
to get whatever they can back as quickly as possible, if it's even
possible.
