After looking at the houseparty site a host has to apply to have a house 
party. The application is event specific and seems to be part audition. 
The only reason I can think of for a person to go through this screening 
is to get freebees. The only freebees mentioned are signs, host notes and 
a quiz. There is mention of a gift bag, but nothing as to its contents.
