[kwlug-disc] recipe for rebuilding lenny box based on existing one

  just need a touch of clarification -- i want to build a new lenny
box with the same packages as an existing one.  so i can see the first
part of the recipe:

  # dpkg --get-selections > preserve.file
  -- new, minimal install --
  # dpkg --set-selections < preserve.file

but what after that?  i've seen various suggestions:

  # aptitude update, then aptitude safe-upgrade

or

  # apt-get dselect-upgrade

and on, and on.

  so, once i do the "dpkg --set-selections", what's after that?
