If the line that Don Marti is talking about is placed in the wrong spot it 
will force PC vendors to sell bare-metal boxes. PC vendors simply can 
afford to fully engineer and test the product as a whole. The parts change 
too frequently. Only a large vendor would be able to warranty the entire 
product, like IBM or HP, or (aaak) Dell.
