As I noted, little to no benefit.  Perhaps I should have clarified, 
little to no benefit, more work for volunteers.  The website + mailman 
email lists cover 99% of what we need as a group.

If someone's looking for make work projects that use a funky feed to 
keep things all social-media, then replace the email lists with a 
discussion forum and pull feeds off of the discussion forum.  "Last 10 
posts" feed sounds a lot more useful if you want feeds.  More useful, 
and not a fad which Twitter is.  But no, I'm not volunteering for any of 
that.
