[kwlug-disc] Making the pre-meeting Q&A more obvious

I know that the start time for meetings is widely advertised as 7PM (ie.
see the F/LOSS calendar at KWLUG).  This may contribute to poor
attendance of the "pre-meeting" Q+A. If we are going to commit to
re-launching the 6-7PM component of the meeting, I will explicitly add
it to the calendar.
