Okay, well, just to clarify, you're proposing:

1) Holding meetings at First United Church in Waterloo, starting in Febuary,
2) Being more open and responsive to the needs on newcomers, in
particular members of the church community, who are our hosts,
3) Something about coordinators and commitees I didn't adequately
understand.  Could you please clarify?
