I don't know what they are spending money on.
     - Hardwares?  gpu, ram, liquid cooling, ssd, ... , electricity 
(nuclear/gas plant), ...
     - Softwares?  programmers, ... ?

Then, there is revenue.
     - How much AI will increase the revenue of those company?  Eg. 
Google AI will increase Google ad revenue by how much?
