This is not directly related to FLOSS, but it was announced at CivTech
and might be of interest to the membership.

On Monday at 7pm at the Princess Original there will be a screening of an
interactive documentary called "The End of the Internet". I will paste
the blurb from the Princess Cinema website below: https://princesscinemas.com/movie/the-end-of-the-internet-an-interactive-screening-experience

A film about the invisible operating system of the modern world. The End of the Internet traces the lineage of internet decentralization from its cold war military origins to its radical present - taking us from an anarchist squat in Berlin, a futuristic landscape in Taiwan, a church in Northern Spain, a parking garage in Miami, and an indigenous village in the Brazilian rainforest. All of these are sites of resistance to the centralized forces that have come to control all flows of information. A cinematic journey through technology and power with the outlier technologists subverting the power structures that shape the internet and shape our world.

To create a memorable, shareable event around THE END OF THE INTERNET, we are presenting the film as a hybrid screening experience that combines a traditional cinema presentation with an interactive installation inside the theatre.

This installation transforms the cinema into an active, explorable space — inviting audiences to physically engage with the film’s themes before the screening begins.
