I agree about wanting TekSavvy (vMedia is also good, and my current
provider CarryTel is so-so), but I heard somewhere that He who installs the
Fibre isn't under any big legal obligation to Share the Fibre.  Please
correct me if I'm wrong on that, though, I would be happy to be proven
wrong...
