My previous answer wasn't entirely correct.


The NextCloud AIO has optional "community containers" and one of those 
is Stalwart.

Seeing that is what made me look into it further... (and I'm really, 
*really* impressed).


So, NextCloud AIO can include a full stack email server & client.


I have not played with Stalwart as a NextCloud container, but I think 
I'll replace some Cal/Card/Web/DAV with Stalwart's version.
