I personally feel GTALUG and KWLUG are in fact two separate entities.
Practically speaking most people are not subscribed to both lists.

I kind of wish people would not double post to both lists,
because sometimes people in KWLUG reply to both lists and then get
bouncebacks. I think having the discussion on both lists is fine, but
they can be two emails (one sent to each list) instead of one. If
people (like yourself) want to participate in both lists then that is
fine. 

Having said that I am not imposing a rule ordering no cross-list
traffic.
