https://jupyter.org/try-jupyter/notebooks/?path=notebooks/Intro.ipynb for a
install-nothing test-drive for a Python notebook.
Also, I've found notebooks to be very nice for a few use cases:
- running workshops to present a new library/SDK ; everyone just opens a
browser, goes to the notebook and can edit/run/repeat regardless of their
platform or installed packages or package managers etc.
- team-shared canned analyses; it can be formatted to look nice for
non-techy folks while still "showing your work" for others to learn
from/iterate on.
Cheers,
- Tom
