Don't think tech as in gadgets. Think tech as it is embedded in various
devices.

TVs and game consoles for example, would expect more sales during a pandemic
where people are at home most of the time.

Cars manufacturers on the other hand expected less sales, since people were
expected to travel less, and ordered less chips for the cars.
