The Purism project talked about using Anbox to run Android apps a few
months ago:
* https://linuxsmartphones.com/run-android-apps-on-the-librem-5-with-anbox/
* https://anbox.io/

I have never tried it but I did check that anbox is available in the
Debian repo, so your should be able to get it in any Debian or Ubuntu
derivatives.

If anyone does have experience using this, they should definitely do a
presentation about their experience. ;)

And for specifically Instagram posting stuff you might find something
useful on the Indieweb wiki:
* https://indieweb.org/Instagram

It is not really well organized, but you might find someone there who is
doing something close to what you want.
