[kwlug-disc] Automation, tools and agile

I really try to avoid asserting deadlines for things in my Kanban cards to
allow the individuals the ability to define what they believe is required.
If from the card owner's perspective they can't meet the project goals then
I typically look for another person in the team to handle the task.
