I called the one opposite Zehrs, and they said they send the cartridges to
the
Philip St store and it takes a day or two.

So, I filled them up at the latter, and it looks to be cheaper than CostCo:
$9.99 for the black cartridge and $6.99 for each colour one. Those are the
ones that came with the printer.
