[kwlug-disc] Proposal to change meeting time earlier by 1/2 hour.

I feel that locked doors will continue to be a problem. 

I don't have strong feelings either way, but I am struggling with how
we go about making this decision in a way that is fair. I was thinking
of posting a poll like the following: 

- I strongly prefer keeping meetings at 7pm
- I can live with either meeting time
- I strongly prefer moving meetings to 6:30pm
- I don't attend meetings but just want to have a say

or something, but I do not know what we would do with the results. I
also do not know how to weight votes. 

We could also abandon democracy and let the central party apparatus
(Andrew?) make a decision.

I think Mikalai makes a good point. I guess one factor here is whether
many people visit their families before going to KWLUG, or whether
they go to meetings straight from work.
