[kwlug-disc] Ubuntu 18.04

That's one of the things I always get confused of Debian/Ubuntu. I remember
whenever I reinstalled a new Raspbian on my Pi, I had to learn a new way to
configure a static IP address. It's not hard but why they keep changing it?
So at a point I started to use dynamic IP address and changed my router
settings instead.
