[kwlug-disc] Private Internet Access goes Open Source

PIA absolutely uses OpenVPN, but OpenVPN is kind of a pain to configure. So
they provide VPN clients that skip all the configuration work. And that's
what they're releasing (one of the things, anyway).

I haven't been able to get the Linux client to work, so I just configure
OpenVPN. They provide instructions to do that too.
