So Dave M at KwartzLab was generous enough to drive home and get 4
standard 3D printer cables. These are 6 pin on one end and free on the
other.

They are not the same 6-pin connector but very close.

He did show me how to remove the tiny pins from the old connector by
lifting a tiny plastic tab using a very small screw driver (smallest I
have ever seen). That would free the pin with the wire still on it,
and then with the correct orientation they can be inserted in the new
connector that I got with the motors.

Will see how this works out.
