[kwlug-disc] So, I took the plunge... Mail In A Box

With Mail In A Box, I'm enjoying the experience overall with its simplicity
although it's hitting Gmail spam filters pretty much 100%.  I have 10/10
score on Mail-Test https://www.mail-tester.com/ and MXToolbox
https://mxtoolbox.com/diagnostic.aspx has only one thing wrong with my
server and that's just that my nameserver's glue records are the same
machine.  Otherwise, I've done everything correctly.  Does anyone have any
idea how I can build a reputation with the great big G in the cloud so that
I don't just go directly into spam?
