I am used to. One was notifications have no history anymore. Another
was no way to get back
a weather widget.

So, since KDE is no longer providing stuff that I was used to for 15
or more years, it was time
to go for a lighter environment. In my case it is XFCE.

No, I did not.

I just went to Xubuntu since it is more widely used than the alternatives.
