[kwlug-disc] Ubuntu with all-desktops-in-one ?

GDM's set of desktop sessions is just the files /usr/share/xsessions/*.desktop.  On Arch, installing xfce and lxde and i3 creates files in there, and then GDM finds them. I can't imagine Debian* not doing the same.
