I did a little digging and came across the Amanda Enterprise backup, which sounds like what you want except it's commercial:

I have about 90+ headless Dell T-420's at our customer locations running ProxmoxOpenVZ 1.9-2.3. I need to back them all up to a server that I host here. I want  nice dashboard so my boss can look at it and see all of the backups are fine.
