Just for the SO, and if you aren't concerned by the politics, a shared 
gmail account, google docs, or a yahoo / google / bigtent group may do 
you, and bring all of the robust internet / uptime <stuff> that that 
brings with it.

If you aren't concerned by the politics, e.g. FOSS vs. not, 
confidential vs maybe not, etc.
