I'm very critical of sites that are browser specific, or 
Flash-dependent, or Javascript-dependent.  http://pickuppal.com *is* 
Javascript-dependent, but otherwise works fine in Firefox 3.5 on Ubuntu 
9.10...

The Javascript-dependence is unfortunate, as I can't see any reason for 
it.  Yes, the Google slippy-map is nice, but it could (and should) also 
be rendered as a static image.   But depending on Javascript to click 
the form buttons is just poor Web design. 

And, for a Web2.0 site it's remarkably lacking in protocols like OpenID, 
Atom/RSS, iCal, and microformats.
