Weird thing I'm experiencing:<br>

Using scp to copy a 1kb file takes over 5 minutes on a 100Mbps link.<br>

Used to work just fine, but ... I broke something?<br>

I immediately get my ssh Banner file displayed when ssh-ing in, then the <br>
5 minutes starts.<br>

Any suggestions on where I should look to deal with this?<br>
