There used to be <a href="http://outsideip.net" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">outsideip.net</a> but it went off-line, so I made a DNS server for KWVoIP - in Python - that provides that functionality:<br>

$ dig +short  my.ip @<a href="http://kwvoip.ca" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">kwvoip.ca</a><br>
69.172.174.43<br>
