I just came across the unusual news that the Software Freedom Law<br>
Centre (Eben Moglen, et al.) are filing a trademark claim against the<br>
Software Freedom Conservancy (Brad Kuhn, Karen Sandler, et al.).  From<br>
the claim petition, the crux seems to be<br>
