I see your latency went up, during the day. It will be interesting to know if you notice any difference in your VoIP call quality.<br></blockquote><div><br></div><div>Still less than 24 hours into the service, so too early to say conclusively.<br>

What modem did you end up getting? When I got them to up my monthly limit, inadvertently getting the higher speed, I was forced into a new modem (and an increase in the monthly rental rate!), <a href="http://www.hitron-americas.com/products/cgn-2/" target="_blank">http://www.hitron-americas.com/products/cgn-2/</a>. Is yours now yet another new modem?</blockquote>

So, I called Rogers to cancel cable TV and internet.<br>

per month per service, and we still have 3 months before the contract is up.<br>

The total cost is ~$81 including tax for internet and basic digital cable.<br>
This is cheaper than the ~$113 that we were paying before. That is less<br>
than their advertised price for the internet alone on their site with basic<br>
cable free.<br>
