Different beastie, although, like you say, to get their TV you have to get<br>
their internet. The site says something about their content providers<br>
requiring that TV be a 'closed' loop. (So, not something I'm sure you can<br>
blame Vmedia for.)<br>

into the same siloed Rogers equipment, as opposed to independent links at<br>

service levels between them - individual issues now more likely further<br>
towards the 3rd party's premises than within the Rogers distribution system<br>
