Someone that I respect (because they're about 18 times smarter than I
am and more knowledgeable) said this in response to UBB:<br>

Aren't required to charge based on usage. They most certainly will
because that's how their wholesaler is charging them, but it's not
required. <br>

In other words, teksavvy doesn't HAVE to charge these additional fees.
They can, or not. In other words, they can actually continue to give
me unlimited bandwidth as before. But they won't. If this is the
case, the problem lies not with the government but with teksavvy - and
the rest of them. it's no longer Bell that's gouging me, it's teksavvy
by exhorbitant markups.<br>
