<div><font face="verdana,sans-serif">The CiCi phone card, which I've been using for a couple years now, seems to be the best one out there, and is significantly cheaper than typical 5 cent per minute (or greater) long distance plan per-minute rates most companies offer. Unlike some calling cards there's no connection fees and what not, so you actually get what you pay for. Once you buy a card (lowest denomination is $5) it is valid for 6 months from the time it is first used.</font></div>
