We used a Mini-ATX form factor board and a chassis that allows an add-in PCI card. We have put in a 4 port D-Link card for a total of 5 ports, but in most cases we used a single port PCI card.<br><br>I don't think it would come close to the low power usage of a ARM.<br><br>With hard disk the cost was about $400 new.<br><br>We used a chassis similar to this one: http://www.casetronic.com/product_d.php?id=0000000019<br><br>We have a few used ones lying around.
