I don't think it's related to this issue but it might help somebody out there. I was unable to boot Ubuntu 9.10 on my desktop. The problem ended up being with the pae enabled kernel when I switched to the none pae kernel my system booted as normal. I guess I'll only be able to access 3.2GB of my 4GB of memory too bad.<div>
