It documents Microsoft's tactics for dominance and includes talking about business parters as "marks" to be conned and "bribing" analysts.<br><br>Microsoft's commitment to customers can be see in this quote from page 47:: "The right technology is that which will make money for Microsoft, or prevent Microsoft from losing money." Customers are actually a third tier concern. They spend all their time talking about how to win developers. The word "Customer" does not appear in their mission statement and is only rarely encountered in the set of documents.<br><br>In the many documents within this PDF is the strategy to defeat competitors. The one slide show in there is chilling with quotes like page 30:"If they [other companies] can't or won't help us, screw 'em! or help their competitors instead." or page 13: "ISVs are just pawns in the struggle". "evangelism should avoid formal, frontal assaults, instead focussing its efforts on hit-an-run tactics." Page 53 and 54 goes on about "independent" analysts and consultants stacking panels and corupting "naturally occurring" panels and how to corrupt the industry for Microsoft's profit.<br><br>In the end Microsoft very marketing plan includes corrupting the information that we use to make our decisions. Corrupting media, tradeshows, educators, etc.<br><br>Nice company aren't they?<br><br>After seeing these documents how can one believe anything positive that is said about Microsoft or anything the company or it's agents say?<br></div></FONT>
