This was on the CBC yesterday. The alleged scheme goes back to 2005. So, don't think the FLOSS RFP is directly related.<br><br>Even if the govt uses FLOSS, they will still rely on partners, consultants, ...etc. So, using FLOSS (or not) can still lead to this kind of corruption. <br>
