I found a photo of Andre Duttmann on the following web site. Click on the graphical "Team" icon at the bottom of the page.
https://lugsask.ca/

LugSask also has a facebook page, Linux User Group Saskatchewan <https://www.facebook.com/groups/1466037504987428/> which Andre started on April 10, under the user name "An Dy". It is already filling with spam...

So LugSask is in the startup phase. Andre is starting this and Linux Association Canada at the same time.

I found traces of several earlier defunct Saskatchewan LUGs on the net, with some mailing lists that are now inaccessible. There used to be a Saskatchewan-wide web site that was an umbrella for the various Saskatchewan LUGs. https://web.archive.org/web/20100107055948/http://www.sask.linux.ca/

I didn't find mention of Andre or Linux Association Canada on the MUUG (Manitoba) mailing list.
