Maybe I need to clarify.  There is nothing nefarious about a site
looking to promote open-source.  But if the site wants to be the
front page interface to a number of open-source orgs across the
counry that have already achieved great things, that's like running
to the front of the parade to be seen as the leader.

If you're doing that and can't even run a spell checker, I don't
see why I should help.  Do your own great thing first, before you
stand in front of those already doing it.

In other words, I'd put Paul in charge of a country-wide Linux Association
in a heartbeat, who I know, before I'd trust a faceless "Andre" who I
don't know.  (Don't worry Paul, I know you're not volunteering for more!)

In the end, Andre might be a really swell guy.  But the fact remains
that I don't know him, and he didn't even put his face on his own site
before asking us to put ours there.
