where I've mirrored Mikalai's video -- Can I do that? Is it licensed for 
redistribution? I didn't see a license on the Archive.Org page.

Something I completely forgot to mention during the presentation is the 
LibreTime website (but I think Paul filled that gap):

There's a lot more Free Software stuff going on at Radio Waterloo -- 
Icecast, Darkice, mpg123 (to be replaced with mpd and mpc), BUTT and 
Mixxx, the video system (OBS and other stuff), and the Emergency 
Broadcast System. I could be coerced into another presentation some day...
