The temperature is not an issue at all.
It ranges from 29C to 31C
That is because I have not installed anything on it yet.
So it is totally quiescent ...

The NVMe itself is ambiguous, since it reports 3 temperature sensors.
No idea what each represents.

$ sudo smartctl -a /dev/nvme0 | grep ^Temp

Temperature:                        29 Celsius
Temperature Sensor 1:               49 Celsius
Temperature Sensor 2:               29 Celsius

But they don't change from those levels.
Only one degree down then back to those values.
