[kwlug-disc] Changing labels in grub

I found it annoying that the command update-grub would make an entry
labeled plainly as "Ubuntu".
That works fine in most cases, when you only have one disk with EFI in it.
But if you are troubleshooting a machine (like I am doing now, perhaps more
later), and have two disks connected via USB, they would both say "Ubuntu"
and you never know if one is NVMe, SATA SSD, or USB, ...etc.
However, there is an easy fix to that.
Edit your /etc/os-release file, and change the NAME parameter to be as
descriptive as you want, for example: "Xubuntu NVME" or "Xubuntu SATA SSD".
Now run update-grub.
You will see the name has changed when you reboot.
